We work together to look at survival patterns and performance habits that helped you get through but now feel heavy. My focus is helping you find your way back to your original essence and story, so you can finally feel steady, whole, and at home in your own skin.

Gently peel back the layers of who you’ve had to be to survive. We’ll bridge the gap between your inner world and your outer life to bring them into alignment. Our goal is to move you out of constant performance and into a way of living where you are grounded, present, and no longer exhausted by the roles you play.

A calm, steady presence who is really good at listening for what’s not being said. They often say I’m easy to open up to because I’m patient and don't judge the "messy" parts. They see me as someone who helps them feel grounded and safe enough to stop performing, allowing them to finally sort through their thoughts and connect with themselves.

I work with people who have used these habits to get through life but now feel exhausted by the weight of them. I help my clients bridge the gap between how they show up and who they actually are, so they can finally feel more integrated and whole.

My time in the military, my current doctoral studies, and life’s trials have allowed me to walk alongside others in many contexts. This has shown me how easy it is to lose your true self while trying to survive. My goal to offer a space for those who are tired of just getting by and are ready to find their way back to their own heart and authenticity.

I bring together my experience as a clinician and the perspective gained from real world experience to help you integrate every part of your story. My practice is a grounded space focused on unmasking the parts that keep you feeling lost or disconnected. We work together to move past survival patterns so you can live a life that feels like yours.
