My goal is to create an empathic, and compassionate therapeutic environment, in order to achieve the best possible outcome. Listening to your story is very important, also using appropriate interventions, and giving positive support throughout.

First we will build a relationship of sharing and listening , and work together to develop solutions to the problem presented. We will explore and create a practical treatment plan to embark on a positive process towards ultimate change and healing.

My experience includes working with people who deal with anxiety and depression, marriage and relationship problems, infidelity, childhood and adult trauma, and with those who desire to make real positive changes in their lives.

I observed the pain and struggle that people go through, and became passionate to help them become whole and healed, and live their best life.
