My approach is to create an empathic, and compassionate therapeutic environment. A space where you can express your needs in safety. in order that you may achieve the best possible outcome. Listening to your story is very important, also using appropriate interventions, and giving you positive support throughout.

First we will build a relationship of sharing and listening , and work together to develop solutions to the problem presented. We will explore and create a practical treatment plan to embark on a positive process towards ultimate change and healing.

I specialize in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, marriage and relationship challenges, infidelity, and both childhood and adult trauma. I also support those who are ready to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives and want a safe, collaborative space to grow and heal.

I became a therapist because I’ve witnessed the silent pain people carry. I’m dedicated to helping individuals heal, rebuild, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
