My clients describe me as:

humorous, laidback, and down-to-earth. I'll curse, crack some jokes, and try to be genuine. I hope my clients feel they can be authentic as well!

Something to know about my approach is:

that I'm not rigid in how I think or practice. Want someone who'll provide concrete exercises? Fine with me. Want someone to bounce ideas off of and get some feedback? Also fine! I try to be flexible to meet clients where they're at.

Together, we will:

explore whatever needs to be explored together, including personal identity, finding meaning, and seeking direction. I may poke around and ask difficult questions, but I'll be with you as you find your own answers.

I became a therapist because:

when I was young, I felt like I wasn't understood. In trying to understand myself, I found I loved trying to understand and support other people!
