We will work together to find the best therapeutic approach that works for you. I have worked in crisis centers for survivors of trauma, Domestic Violence, and Sexual Assault. I am trained in different therapeutic approaches that assist in all facets of healing. Let's work together to find which approach is the best fit in your healing journey.

My clients describe me as a compassionate, empathetic and understanding therapist while still being supportive and direct when needed. Clients say I have a good balance of listening while also educating them, of being a safe, accepting space while also encouraging growth. I try to meet my clients where they are at and allow them to set the pace.

I specialize in working with people who have been strong for too long. Who feel the weight of the world. Or, that they have to put on a mask to make everyone else around them comfortable. I see you. Lets talk so I can help carry some of that weight, or so that I can help take off that mask. You are enough without having to be everything for everyone else.

I believe that no one should go through their hardest chapters of life alone. I believe deeply that the therapy space should allow clients to feel brave and seen, and as close to feeling safe as possible. I am committed to doing my own work to create that space for clients. It is an honor to be a part of every client's healing journey.

As someone who has survived domestic violence and have a young son as a single mother, healing is deeply personal, as well as professional. My personal and professional values are inextricably intertwined. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and animals, reading romantasy books, gardening, and driving with the windows down!
