I am a cognitive therapist. I believe that the way we think, feel, and behave are all intertwined, and if we can change one of those three, the other two will change.

I work with teenagers up to senior adults. I do Telehealth and can work with many situations including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other issues.

I became a therapist because:

My wife and I worked as Houseparents in Children's homes in Georgia and Texas for many years. During this time I saw the need for counselors.
