Something to know about my approach is:

I am here for YOU. Your past does not define you and I believe everyone deserves to feel better. I am a person-centered, trauma-focused, psychodynamic therapist, which is just a fancy way of saying that I believe your experience is most important.

Together, we will:

face issues like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and more. We will heal wounds that are keeping you from living as the best version of yourself and discover who you're really meant to be. Together, we'll learn a lot, feel a lot and laugh some, too.

I specialize in working with people who:

have been hurt in the past and are in pain. These experiences are typically overwhelming at times and impact who they are and how they feel about themselves. They may also cause difficulty dealing with emotions and conflict in relationships.

I became a therapist because:

no one should have to go through life's toughest moments alone. Everyone deserves support, guidance, and someone in their corner rooting for them.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

we have quite a bit of freedom to choose the best path for healing. That can include traditional therapy, EMDR intensives and even healing retreats!

Over the past 13 years, I have worked with many different types of people in different settings struggling with all sorts of hard things, so I can help with problems that often show up with trauma such as depression, anxiety, and substance use.
