I am hopeful for you! Life can be tough, and as you try to juggle school and work and family and relationships, you might constantly worry that you aren’t good enough or aren’t doing this right. I am here to offer support that focuses on your strengths and allows you to take a breath and evaluate what changes you want to make in your life.

warm and kind. I help them feel understood, safe, and valid. I will not talk down to you, but will do my best to understand your perspective and experience (which YOU are the expert on!). I will not just be an empathetic listener, but actively challenge you to set goals, try new things, and make positive changes in your life.

I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and parents work through the many transitions of school, career, and family. I also lead therapy groups for parents (Child-Parent Relationship Training) and young adults.
