I specialize in working with people who are ready to understand how past experiences continue to affect their present. Many of my clients are navigating childhood trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or PTSD and want to heal, build healthier relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and peace.

I became a therapist because I realized that many people are held back by patterns and beliefs they didn't choose but learned through life's experiences. I wanted to help people get unstuck, rediscover the resilience that's already within them, and move toward the life they were created to live.

My practice is a safe, judgment free space where your story matters. I provide trauma informed, person centered therapy tailored to your goals.
