My approach to counseling combines Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality, and Gestalt theories. I'm passionate about serving a diverse population that includes people with mental health issues, relationship issues, and addictions.

Client will get to discuss their feelings and how to manage them. These may include depression and anxiety, trauma, childhood trauma, Grief and loss, substance use/abuse or any abuse that they may have experienced.
