My approach blends evidence-based trauma therapy with warmth, creativity, compassion, and a touch of humor. Therapy with me feels cozy, safe, and relatable, not clinical or cold.

Together we will get to know the different parts of you and how they have helped you survive and overcome. We will build coping skills tailored to your strengths, gently reprocess memories and experiences that have kept you feeling 'stuck', and help you reconnect with the truest, most authentic version of yourself.

My clients often describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and deeply caring. Many share that they feel understood and safe being themselves in our work together.

I specialize in working with young women who have learned to be responsible, agreeable, and strong for others. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, or feeling blocked by past trauma and relational wounds.
