I became a therapist because I’ve seen how much people can carry without anyone really knowing. I wanted to create a space where people can slow down, be real about what they’re dealing with, and not have to figure it out alone.

I’m a Marine Corps veteran, therapist, and founder of Champion’s Fight. My background as a veteran, coach, and athlete shapes how I understand pressure, identity, and resilience. I bring a straightforward, grounded approach focused on helping you think clearly, process what you’ve been through, and move forward in a way that fits you.
