I focus on creating a space where it feels okay to sit with the stuff you may be avoiding or ignoring. Once you feel comfortable with me, I may challenge you to explore new perspectives or ways of being with curiosity and authenticity.

Authenticity, mindfulness, and experimentation. We will likely talk about these often. We'll use the therapy space to explore and analyze what it means to be in relationship with others as well as with yourself.

I work with people who have experienced trauma(s) and the struggles that follow suit such as anxiety and depression. I also work with life transitions, body image and self-worth issues, ethical polyamory, and so much more.
