My approach in working with individuals is based on an Adlerian perspective which means that we will collaboratively identify how your thoughts and beliefs impact your feelings and behaviors and how those feelings and behaviors stem from your early childhood experiences, family of origin, and connected relationships with others.

I've worked with adults who've faced profound loss and meaningful victories. Together we will identify and address thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding you back from personal growth.
