I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and says “uh huh.” I like to get in there with you — to be real, to laugh when it’s needed, to hold space when it’s heavy, and to remind you that you’re not doing this alone. My approach is more about walking alongside you than sitting across from you with a notepad.

We'll use proven approaches like psychodynamic and interpersonal therapy to help you quiet the mental noise, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and feel more at home in your body.

Therapy with me feels like talking to someone who truly gets it. Some sessions might feel like a deep exhale, others like a gentle push forward—but always in a space that's safe, supportive, judgment-free. I am very laid back and always open to meet the client where they are even if that's sitting in the car with their dog.

I became a therapist because I’ve been in the thick of it myself. Living with an eating disorder taught me how painful it can be to feel at war with food and your body — and also how powerful healing can be when you finally have support. I wanted to be that support for others who feel stuck in the same battle.
