I am not a one-size fits all approach. I have skills in many forms of therapy and base my treatment approach on your specific issues, your personality, and your history. You’ll find that I’m very compassionate and I truly care about you.

how we can unload the burdens you're carrying. We may talk about your history, current issues, and relationships. Our goal will be to use that information to create a treatment plan. This plan will help guide our sessions so we can restore your life.
I specialize in working with people who:
endure Bipolar Disorder, depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, those going through life transitions, and many others.
I became a therapist because:
none of us have made it to this point in our lives unscathed. Just like I have needed support from others in my life, I would love to support you.
When I’m not at work, I like to:
spend time with my family and play with dog, Simon. I enjoy hiking, biking, and lifting weights also.
