Recognizing that every person has different needs, I often utilize an eclectic approach to treatment which includes providing support, teaching skills and providing tools that will help each person on their individual, unique journey to healing and self-discovery.

In our work together, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself, whether that means sharing openly, laughing, crying, reflecting, or incorporating prayer, if that feels meaningful to you. I’m here to support you in finding healthier ways to cope, heal, build confidence and reconnect with joy and meaning in your life.
