I understand that life can feel confusing and heavy at times. No one should have to navigate it alone. Recognizing that every person has different needs, I often utilize a mixed treatment approach that includes providing support, teaching skills and supplying tools that will help each person on their individual, unique journey to healing and self-discovery.

In our work together, we will explore and process to make sense of your emotions in order to gain insight and promote healing. I will offer a compassionate, judgement free space where you are safe to be your authentic self, share openly, reflect, laugh, cry, and even pray, if that feels meaningful to you.
