My approach depends on the needs of the client with an emphasis on the Person-Centered and Solution-Focused Approach. I pull from different modalities. With children, I prefer to utilize play-focused modalities. EMDR is also available.
The goal is to create a comprehensive plan for setting and achieving goals; help to facilitate behavioral change; assist in helping to establish and maintain relationships; and assisting in enhancing client's effectiveness and coping.
Are dealing with the human condition. Need to talk? You would be perfect. Feel stuck? You would be perfect. Conflicted? You would also be perfect. I see children, teenagers, young adults, and adults. I specialize in Trauma and am trained in EMDR.
Life can be difficult to maneuver, especially when you feel alone. I find joy in providing a safe and confidential space for people.

I offer therapy sessions virtually/online via video. I'm available: Sunday 7am-7pm; Monday-Friday 5pm-10pm; Saturdays 12pm-11pm.
