My approach depends on the needs of the client with an emphasis on the Person-Centered, Trauma-focused, Compassion-Driven, and Solution-Focused Approach. I pull from different modalities and take pride in flexibility. With children, I prefer to utilize play-focused modalities. EMDR is also available.

I specialize in Trauma and am trained in EMDR. I especially specialize in people who need a place to just be and to sit with them as they work through life.

I find joy in providing a safe and confidential space for people. I appreciate the human experience and admire the journey to a peaceful existence. My personal journey began as a child and I enjoy guiding others on their own journeys.

I offer therapy sessions virtually/online via video. I'm available: Sunday 7am-7pm; Monday-Thursday 5pm-9pm; Saturdays 9am-9pm. I open up my availability in the summer months from 9am-12pm during the week outside of the normal evening hours.
