I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I work with individuals who are carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, burnout, grief, or just feeling emotionally overwhelmed. I provide a safe space to process emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with a stronger sense of self.

I counsel with compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. I understand that every person’s story is unique, so counseling is tailored to support each client’s goals, strengths, and experiences. Through CBT, DBT, and genuine human connection, I help clients build healthier coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create lasting emotional growth.

My clients would describe me as warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, helping them feel safe enough to explore challenges openly and move toward meaningful change. I am thoughtful and encouraging, while also helping them stay accountable to their goals.
