Find themselves stuck, whether it's in relationships, life transitions, or overcoming trauma. I specialize in working with adolescents (and their families as well) who struggle with confidence, identity issues, or challenging family dynamics.

I became a therapist because:

I am passionate about helping people feel seen and heard, and have witnessed the transformative effect when this happens.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both Telehealth and in person therapy, depending on the client's preference.

I am a Houston native and mother to a beautiful daughter. I am passionate about travel & being exposed to diverse cultures and communities. My practice is a safe space for people of all backgrounds, races, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
