I have daytime hours Tuesday through Friday and evening hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
My clients describe me as:
I have a reputation for being action oriented and for relating to people who feel like outsiders or have struggled to feel seen by other therapists.
Something to know about my approach is:
My approach starts with making you feel heard, understood, and accepted with non-judgmental empathy. I will stand with you as you face and overcome your fears and uncertainties. Together we will be dig into your concerns and find solutions.
Together, we will:
Explore your challenges, gain insight, identify and find ways to navigate around your obstacles, and restore your hope. Through exploring yourself we will work on helping you love yourself better and make you more available to love others.
I specialize in working with people who:
Feel overwhelmed by their life circumstances and want to make changes. When we are hurting we can feel the most alone, struggling to even feel heard or understood. Being heard can give us the courage to challenge ourselves to grow and to hope.
I became a therapist because:
I understand the importance of feeling heard and how that can give us the strength to confront our anxiety and make the necessary changes in our life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
My office is located close to business districts and highways, making it easily accessible for both working people or people in the larger region.
More about me and my practice:
I have over 15 years of experience working with sexuality and gender minorities, pagans, and neurodivergent clients. Clients often come to see me when they have felt that they have not been understood or adequately encouraged by other therapists.
