My approach is direct, thoughtful, and collaborative. Drawing on CBT, existential, and humanistic methods, I help you understand yourself more deeply and build the life you actually want.

Feel like outsiders — queer, trans, nonbinary, kinky, non-monogamous, neurodivergent, or pagan clients are welcome exactly as they are. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. If other therapists have left you feeling unseen, you may find this is different.

I’m interested in how people make sense of themselves, and I know what it costs to move through the world feeling unseen. I became a therapist to offer people what made the biggest difference in my own life: the experience of being truly heard and feel understood — and the courage that comes from it. That moment can change everything.

I hold a PhD in Counseling Psychology from UF (a top-5 program) and bring 20 years of experience with LGBTQ+, kink, ENM, neurodivergent, and spiritually diverse clients. I offer in-person and online sessions with daytime and evening availability. New clients are welcome.
