Like many, I became a therapist due to experiences in my own family growing up, wanting to help and find a way to do so. But it quickly turned into purpose more than just me wanting to help others, it is always meant for me to be in this field.

I work with adults 21+ and couples through secure virtual sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible. My practice supports those wanting emotional healing, clarity, stronger relationships, and tools to navigate life with confidence and connection.
