I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, past experiences, or high levels of stress. Many feel successful on the outside but struggle internally. I help people understand these patterns and find healthier ways to move forward.

I became a therapist because I saw how many people carry heavy experiences on their own. Asking for support can be difficult, especially for those used to being the strong one. I wanted to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and able to heal.

I’m a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) at Acceptance Path Counseling. My goal is to provide a supportive space where we can work through challenges together and help you move toward a life that feels calmer, more balanced, and meaningful.
