I approach therapy as a co-collaborator, which means we're in this together. I believe that you're the expert in your life and my role is to facilitate the processing of life experiences and provide some tools that might help us along the way. I go at your pace and like to have open communication with you if you think we could do things differently.

Together we will help you feel more connected to yourself, your values, your passions, and your hopes. We will slow down in a world that wants us to rush to the next task and accomplish, achieve, hustle. By slowing down, we can hear what's going on in your mind- your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about yourself and the world.

My clients describe me as calm, while also bringing in humor and levity when needed. They'd also say that I'm easy to talk to and that I love hearing about their hobbies and interests. Whether it's D&D, drag queens, video games, or anime- I'm here to listen to you talk about things that bring you joy. It doesn't always have to be serious.
