I specialize in working with people who:

Have spent their whole lives being the "strong one," the one doing everything for everyone else, and are finally done doing this alone. You might not have experienced a single huge "Trauma," but there are many traumas you've experienced over time.

I became a therapist because:

I love supporting people in taking ownership of their lives. If I could work myself out of a job with everyone, I would be so happy.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office has both a lovely couch space and a play space, because adults can benefit from play therapy too! I also offer phone and video sessions.

More about me and my practice:

I've never felt fully at home most places I've lived, so part of my self-efforts has been finding a way to feel at home with myself. This helps me hold space for others who have felt conflicted between identities, cultures, or feeling like outsiders.
