I work with LGBTQ+ adults, neurodivergent adults and teens, to help provide relief from anxiety, depression, substance use, challenges that come with burnout and overwhelm.

After many years of therapy I was able to finally do some true healing with a very skilled therapist and this inspired me to help others in the same way.
