My clients are folks who are often perceived as different, or feel isolated and stressed by the demands of daily living. Together we will find strategies to provide you with a sense of ease while navigating life with more strength and confidence.

I act as a supportive guide to help clients on a journey of connecting with themselves and their needs, recovering from burnout, developing sensory safety, and finding a support system that celebrates their unique identity.

My therapy style is friendly and genuine, and I use humor and honesty to provide my clients with emotional support through their healing journey.

I work with LGBTQ+ adults, neurodivergent adults and teens, to help provide relief from anxiety, depression, substance use, challenges that come with burnout and overwhelm.

I maintain a small caseload so my clients receive my very best care and attention. If you'd like to schedule a consulation I will ABSOLUTELY respond within 5 business days. Whenever possible, I offer reduced fees and groups for those who can't afford my full fee.
