I work with clients aged 12-85 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief.

I began my career in a psychiatric hospital, where I assisted in providing care for individuals struggling with severe mental illness.

I have also spent time in nursing homes helping to treat patients with anxiety and depression. I have experience assisting first responders, law enforcement, and school administrators with mental health assessments for those in crisis.
