I use an integrative approach but primarily incorporate elements of psychodynamic theory and strengths-based modalities. Many theories of thought offer a unique perspective that could be beneficial for the client depending on their experience.

I focus on how our thoughts shape our reality and how early experiences impact our interaction with our environment at this moment. The present is equally as important as our past. It is never too late to make positive changes!

My background includes working with individuals who have experienced anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, substance/alcohol use disorders, alternative addictions, issues within their relationships, and/or have stress due to life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist because of my work within a community health setting. I love helping individuals see and unlock what is possible in their lives.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am currently offering therapy virtually, making it easily accessible. However, my goal is to have a physical location within the next few months.

Although my experiences, education, and background shape the way I practice therapy with clients, my passion is working closely with individuals with substance/alcohol use disorders and with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
