I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance and alcohol use, behavioral addictions, relationship struggles, and issues relating to sex and sexuality.

I became a therapist to create safe, affirming spaces for people facing addiction, mental health, and sexual health challenges. My passion is helping clients heal, grow, and build meaningful connections, especially within LGBTQIA+ and recovery communities.
