I don't think you're sick or broken, but there are probably areas of your life needing care and understanding. I take a holistic approach, meaning we include what comes up in mind, heart, and body. I love working with metaphor, images, and dreams.

Together, we will:

We'll explore your past experiences and how you came to be the person you are today. We'll understand the meaning behind your difficulties and what can be gained from them, and we'll process emotions left over from unresolved grief and trauma.

I specialize in working with people who:

I tend to work with people who are unsure of their identity and purpose. They've experienced trauma and adversity and struggle with self-worth and unhealthy relationships, and are tired of letting their past, society, or other people define them.

I became a therapist because:

Each person is an exquisitely complex work of art. I love understanding how each painting was made and what brushstrokes people would like to try next

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I work remotely from my home in the Hawai'ian rainforest. I'm pretty sure aloha can flow through the internet :)

I don't think there's anything wrong with you and you don't need to be improved. I think coming to a compassionate understanding of ourselves can go a long way toward feeling more free.
