I offer trauma-informed depth psychotherapy grounded in Zen meditation practice. My practice focuses on trauma & emotional processing, identity exploration & authenticity, anxiety & burnout, relationship patterns, and meaning & purpose. I help people reconnect with themselves and take back their lives.

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your personal history and current difficulties, followed by an individualized treatment plan. How we proceed is tailored to who you are and your personal goals. Our work is a collaborative effort that respects your individual needs.

I specialize in providing contemplative, trauma-informed care for LGBTQ+ individuals, veterans, artists and creatives, and high-performing professionals. I also enjoy guiding people of all persuasions to understand and accept themselves more deeply so they can resolve struggles with identity, meaning, and life purpose.

Since adolescence, I’ve been curious about how the human mind works and how we address the problem of human suffering. It turns out that doing therapy offers a way to explore these questions in collaboration with other people, while being helpful to them.
