I’ve been the person who carries more than they talk about. As a veteran and former firefighter, I know the toll stress and trauma can take. I became a therapist to give people real support, practical tools, and a safe place to finally breathe again.

I'm a self-pay practice and don't bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please confirm eligibility with your provider beforehand and give us a call if you have any questions.
