My counseling approach is grounded in warmth, inclusivity, and a deep respect for individuality. I believe that each person’s story is unique and shaped by their lived experiences. I strive to create an inviting and supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted, allowing us to work collaboratively toward insight, healing, and positive change.

I work with clients to notice and accept what they cannot change, identify their core values, and take intentional actions that reflect those values. Sessions are collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion, helping clients build the flexibility to navigate life’s challenges with courage and purpose.

I am often described as soft-spoken and gentle, with a naturally caring and compassionate demeanor. I value each person as an individual and approach people with respect, curiosity, and empathy. Social justice is central to who I am, and I aim to create spaces where fairness, inclusivity, and understanding guide the way we interact and support one another.
