Something to know about my approach is:

I like to reflect a lot on what my clients experienced in their childhood growing up since I feel like that has a lot to do with what we often see in our adult selves while also providing helpful tools for the stuff we're dealing with today.

navigate the ups and downs of life and learn how to show ourselves more compassion during the process. We will celebrate your wins together and work together to create strategies to help with your struggles.

feel stuck or overwhelmed with the struggles and stressors of everyday life as well as with those bigger stressors which are oftentimes unexpected.
