I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to reach out for help and have a bad experience. I wanted to be the kind of therapist people can actually relate to—someone who listens, understands, and walks alongside you through the hard stuff. Cultural competence matters, especially for first responders.

I understand high-stress situations because I’ve lived them as a first responder. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I also help clients work through anxiety, OCD, trauma, religious trauma, and domestic violence. We’ll build resilience and real-life coping tools.
