Clients get a customized counseling experience for clients. I create my own handouts, use videos, etc. to help clients process their experiences in a healthy manner. I use fun as the secret ingredient to help clients embrace their identity.

Help you discover your identity so that you can become the person you were meant to be. This includes exploring the qualities that are important to you and increasing your ability to set healthier boundaries and assertiveness. I accept self-pay too.

I have experience with domestic violence, bullying, anger issues, & desire to increase self-esteem, build healthier relationships, recognize, and reduce triggers, embrace their identity, anxiety, grief, social justice & unhealthy work environments.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help people get a better understanding of their identity, reclaim their lives & increase their joy.

Clients get the same person virtually that I am in person. You have access to the same energy & content virtually that you would receive in person.

I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, and have over 14 years of counseling experience. I create my own content, which makes it a lot easier to provide a customized counseling experience. I can make almost anything educational.
