I became a therapists because I love getting to know and explore who I am and I love helping others do the same.

My private practice is called Keep Your Peace. I always tell clients that no matter what is going on around them, nothing or no one can take their inner peace. I work to help others find what peace is for them, and provide them with tools to keep it.

I am a military spouse and move around a bit. I have experience working with people from many different backgrounds.
