I’ve been told I have a calm, steady presence that helps people feel at ease, especially when navigating difficult or emotionally painful topics.

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to the resilience of the human spirit — the way people survive, adapt, and carry on, even in the face of deep pain. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen, validate, and walk beside you as you make sense of your experiences.

For me, therapy is more than a profession — it’s a calling. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I wanted to be someone who could help others feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow beyond their pain. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to do just that.
