Depending on your needs, our sessions may be more about exploration and support or we may use more structured healing techniques like EMDR or IFS. Our work will tap into your strengths and find the resources that you need to let your healing unfold. Through connecting and working with your inner world, you can start to grow kinder towards yourself.

My clients and colleagues tell me I'm accepting, genuine and warm. Throughout the therapy process, I find the right moments with my clients to laugh and be playful, and connect person to person. I believe empathy, kindness, deep care, transparency, reflection, and honoring who you are is the basis of any trusting therapy relationship.

My primary focus is to first listen, fully. I’ll ask questions. I’ll reflect. I’ll check-in to see whether I’m “getting it.” We will build an understanding, together.

I came to be a therapist through being highly interested in people and how they become the way they are. Once I was in graduate school and learning about trauma and attachment, I realized I had some years in therapy ahead of me. While unintentional, finding this work opened me up for my own healing.

As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), I understand firsthand the complexity of living in a body that can feel misunderstood. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed.
