You can choose if you want a "band-aid" type of solution focused session or if you want to have a "surgery" (cutting deep before it heals) type of childhood attachment sessions. You are the driver, I'm the navigator.

explore, reflect, and be challenged. When you come back to my sessions with discouraging or disheartening stories, I sit with you with compassion. When you come back with victorious stories, I celebrate your faithful work with you!

want to rebuild trust and hope with their loved ones. I play the empathic role as the impartial third party to provide a confidential platform to help your loved one understand your perspective.

I became a therapist because:

I have been through pain and suffering in my personal story. I want to encourage and show the same comfort as I have received from Christ.

I am multicultural and multilingual (English, Mandarin, & Cantonese). I like learning and working with people of different backgrounds.
