Therapy with me is collaborative, validating, and focused on change. I want you to feel genuinely understood while also learning practical ways to manage intense emotions, respond differently to difficult urges, strengthen relationships, and build a life that feels more stable and meaningful.

Together we will slow things down, understand what is happening in the moments that feel hardest, and practice concrete skills you can use outside of session. We’ll work on managing intense emotions, changing patterns that are hurting you, improving relationships, and moving toward goals that matter to you.

I bring a warm, direct, and nonjudgmental style to therapy. I’ll validate what you’re going through while also helping you notice patterns and practice new responses. I’m active and engaged in sessions, and I want our work to feel both supportive and genuinely useful in your everyday life.

I specialize in working with those who feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggle with self-harm or suicidal thoughts, or find themselves repeating patterns that hurt their relationships or quality of life. I also work with people navigating BPD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

I am a licensed psychologist with specialized training in DBT and CBT. I offer telehealth to teens and adults and have experience across community mental health, forensic, and private practice settings. I am PSYPACT-authorized to provide telepsychology in participating states.
