My goal is to help you leave therapy with greater understanding of yourself and tools you can actually use in everyday life.

I bring a calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth presence to therapy. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and am comfortable talking about difficult things without judgment. I can be direct when it is helpful, while always respecting your values, experiences, and goals.

I specialize in working with adolescence and adults who feel stuck after trauma, loss, addiction, anxiety, depression, or major life changes. Whether you’re trying to heal from the past, rebuild relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy can be a place to find clarity and a way forward.

I bring more than 30 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult seasons of life. I offer telehealth in a supportive, confidential setting and welcome clients from a wide range of backgrounds. For those who wish, I am also comfortable integrating Christian faith and spirituality into our work.
