I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, ADHD, life transitions, relationships, identity, parenthood, and the emotional demands that come with caring for yourself and others.

Together, we will explore what may be contributing to stress, overwhelm, or feeling stuck and identify practical steps that fit your life. We’ll build on your strengths, develop tools to manage difficult emotions, and work toward greater confidence, connection, balance, and a stronger sense of yourself.
