My approach is warm, real, and collaborative. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself, talk honestly, and not feel judged, rushed, or dismissed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to walk alongside you as we sort through what feels heavy.

Together we will slow things down and make space for what you have been carrying. We will talk through what feels heavy, confusing, or hard to say out loud, while figuring out what you need, what is no longer working, and what feels ready to change.

My clients would describe me as warm, real, supportive, and easy to talk to. I bring honesty and care into the room, and I try to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself without having to have it all together.

I specialize in working with adults who are carrying a lot while trying to keep life moving. This includes BIPOC clients, veterans, service members, college students, and young adults navigating stress, burnout, trauma, relationships, self-doubt, and major life changes.

I became a therapist because I care about real conversations, honest healing, and helping people feel seen in the places where they usually feel alone. I wanted to create a space where people can show up as themselves and feel supported while they figure things out.
