I am client-centered and will try out skills with you until we find what fits you best. I place high value on the therapeutic alliance and strive to make you feel safe and like you can be your authentic self with me. I am trained in EMDR and also love to pull in concepts from IFS in order to help you blend in the cognitive with the somatic experience.

Examine your life together from a trauma-informed lens and figure out the "why" of it all. Some sessions we will examine patterns together, and others we'll process through tough experiences you've had.

We have a cozy waiting room with snacks and coffee and never use bright, overhead lighting. All of our offices have comfy couches!
