My approach in addressing client needs centers around my belief that each and every individual has their own strengths and wisdom that they bring to counseling. My job is to help people with access those skills and utilize them to reach their goals.

Many of my clients come to counseling with specific goals already in mind, and some just know they want to feel better with no clear idea of how make that happen. Together, we will work to identify goals, and create a roadmap to help you get there.

I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with clients with a history of trauma, anxiety and mood/depressive disorders. Many of my clients are facing difficult circumstances that they are struggling to adjust to, and just need some extra support.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help others in my community to live healthy, happy lives. Fighting the stigma around mental health is my passion.
