My approach in addressing client needs centers around my belief that each person has their own strength and wisdom that they bring to counseling. My job is to help people access those skills and use them to reach their goals. I use EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD as well as Exposure Therapy (ERP) and I-CBT for OCD to best meet client needs.

Together we will explore what’s weighing on your mind and emotions, build practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, or intrusive thoughts, and strengthen the resilience and hope that’s already within you. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel supported every step of the way.

My clients describe me as compassionate, steady, and understanding. They often say I create a calm, non-judgmental space where they feel truly heard, supported, and empowered to take small steps that lead to meaningful change.

I specialize in working with clients with a history of trauma, anxiety, OCD and mood/depressive disorders. Many of my clients are facing difficult circumstances that they are struggling to adjust to, and just need some extra support.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to be understood, to feel hope, and to experience growth even through life’s challenges. I wanted to walk alongside people as they navigate anxiety, trauma, and difficult thoughts, helping them rediscover their strength and resilience.
