My approach in addressing client needs centers around my belief that each and every individual has their own strengths and wisdom that they bring to counseling. My job is to help people access those skills and utilize them to reach their goals.

Many of my clients come to counseling with specific goals in mind, and some just know they want to feel better with no clear idea of how to make that happen. Together, we will work to identify goals, and create a roadmap to help you get there.

I would like to think that my clients would describe me as kind, compassionate and easy to talk to. I strive to make everyone I work with feel valued.

I specialize in working with clients with a history of trauma, anxiety, OCD and mood/depressive disorders. Many of my clients are facing difficult circumstances that they are struggling to adjust to, and just need some extra support.

I became a therapist to help others in my community to live healthy, happy lives. Fighting the stigma surrounding mental health is my passion.
