After our first session we will get right to work. We will set goals and you can expect homework and exercises in between sessions, which will help you set your own boundaries, feel less irritable, and stand up for yourself in your relationships.

Are experiencing communication breakdowns with their partners and families regarding household roles, parenting, or transitions pre/post divorce and becoming a blended family. I can also help you recognize and recover from emotional and verbal abuse.

I became a therapist because:

I personally have experienced when home doesn't feel safe, secure, or have healthy relationship habits. I strive to make happier homes and people.

I offer both video and in person sessions. My office space is in a confidential private setting nestled in the beautiful community of Heath.
