My clients describe me as:

Non-judgmental, kind, understanding, and compassionate. I am also described as warm, accepting, easy to talk to, and empathetic.

Something to know about my approach is:

that I work with the highest standard of unconditional positive regard. This means I accept my clients just as they are, free of judgment, and an open mind to fully understand how their experiences have shaped them into the person they are today.

Together, we will:

work as a team to achieve the emotional stability that is desired, and to arrive at a point of full acceptance with the self, the environment, and all other surroundings. We will work together to arrive at a better state of mental health.

I specialize in working with people who:

are ages 18 and over, people who have experienced trauma, grief, are part of our military, first responders who witness trauma on a daily basis, and people who are going through a divorce, speak Spanish/English and many others.

I became a therapist because:

I want to help people explore their inner-most thoughts, and their discover the person that they are capable of being.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that it is virtual! This means therapy is no longer the reason you can't take a trip or vacation. You have wifi? You can have a counseling session.

I was born and have lived in Texas for the majority of my life. My passion is helping others discover their inner-most thoughts and becoming a person better equipped to handle stressful situations. I can tend to English and Spanish speaking clients.
