Jack Arbuckle

I believe that therapy is at its best when counselor and client work together as equal partners. While I bring expertise in the sphere of mental health, you are the expert on your own lived experience (or on parenting your childhood). My goal is to work alongside you and share our expertise to find paths forward that fit with your values and ideals.

Together, we will seek to examine the underlying causes of your struggles and discern more effective paths forward. Whether you are struggling with feelings of powerlessness, injustice, hopelessness, or lack of connection, we'll work to identify adaptive means of addressing those concerns and treat your stress at the source.

I strive for my practice to always be a place of warmth, safety, and acceptance for my clients. It is my hope that therapy will be a setting where you can always be heard and understood without fear of judgment, where I can support you in reaching your goals, and where you can take comfort in knowing that you are not alone.
