I use an eclectic approach tailored specifically to the client's needs. Which includes ACT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Enhancement, Solution-Focused, Multisystemic, and Person-Centered.

Goals are client-driven and supported by their therapist. I encourage and guide clients in identifying realistic and achievable goals.

I strive to build a rapport with clients to ease the process using an approach that is respectful and nonjudgmental.

I provide counseling services to adolescents and adults to address a variety of topics (trauma, substance abuse, peer pressure, mental health issues, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, trauma, etc).
