I use an eclectic approach tailored specifically to the client's needs. Which includes ACT, CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Enhancement, Solution-Focused, Multisystemic, and Person-Centered.

A huge part of what drives me to work in this field is my name Sandra – which means helper of man or protector of humanity. Who knew?

I have over 15 years of direct experience in the behavioral & mental health and substance abuse fields. I assist individuals in coping with life issues including dual diagnoses, behavioral, mental health, substance abuse, relationships, etc.
