I became a therapist to better understand how trauma and painful relationships shape self-worth, behaviors, and emotional well-being. I help people heal from trauma, narcissistic abuse, and emotional pain so they can build healthy boundaries, develop self-validation, and stop losing themselves trying to gain approval from others.
