I believe that learning and healing are best approached in a holistic way that recognizes the connection between our physical and mental health, our past and present, our culture, and our worldview/spirituality. I approach therapy as a partnership.

We will create a plan/roadmap; however, there will be plenty of flexibility to reevaluate where we are going, what is helping (and what is not) and how we measure progress. We will build a space that feels safe, hopeful, creative and practical.

I specialize in working with people who:

Feel overwhelmed by feelings/thoughts. People who have difficulty feeling relaxed, centered, hopeful or confident. Those who have experienced big life adjustment/grief due to immigration experiences. Youth struggling at school/home.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that by doing this work I am adding hopeful and meaningful chapters not only to my life but to the legacy of my family and my ancestors.
