My approach focuses on helping you slow down, understand what’s going on, and find practical ways to feel more grounded and in control again.

Together, we’ll look at the challenges that may be weighing on you—stress, life changes, relationships, or feeling stuck. We’ll focus on clear, practical steps to help you move forward. My goal is to help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and regain a sense of direction in your life.

I work with adults and veterans who are going through stressful life changes or carrying difficult experiences from the past. Many feel like they have to stay strong for everyone else while struggling inside. I help people slow down, process what they’ve been through, and find steadiness again.

After serving in the Navy, I saw how hard life transitions can be. Many strong and capable people struggle in silence because they feel they have to handle everything alone. I became a therapist to provide a space where people can talk openly, feel understood, and find healthier ways to move forward.
